The statues of Zagreb

Photographs from the series “Zagreb Light&Shade”, made as an exploration of the possibility of shedding new light on the monuments of Zagreb, or more precisely, shedding new darkness on them. Zagreb is more than 900 years old. Throughout the decades, generations have left monuments and landmarks in town. From historical figures to modern day artists and sportsmen, Zagreb gave homage to many important figures. Maybe you pass by them every day, or maybe you are a tourist pondering their beauty for the first time. This is how I see them.
